Contract awarded to Cherokee Nation Operational Solutions, supports Defense Health Agency

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville awarded $32 million contract Dec. 4 to Cherokee Nation Operational Solutions to support the Defense Health Agency Regional Health Facilities' Facility Communication Distribution Systems.

The period of performance is five years (12-month base and four 12-month optional periods) ending in 2025.

Cherokee Nation Operational Solutions is an 8(a) Native American contractor and the award provides DHA with industry best practices in addressing FCDS and help desk support.

The contract is immediately ready for use with CNOS providing day-to-day support in technical areas such as: program and project management; network administration and engineering; systems administration and engineering; help desk; cyber security, and management analysis.

The location of work is at Regional Health Command - Atlantic Headquarters G-6 and Logan Dental Clinic, Fort  Belvoir, Virginia; Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, Maryland; Andrew Rader Health Clinic, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, Virginia.
