Brandy Diggs-McGee, a research mechanical engineer at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Construction Engineering Research Laboratory, was honored with the Most Promising Engineer in Government Award at the 2021 Black Engineer of the Year Awards Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Conference.
