On December 11, 2020, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point for its new future-focused Cyber & Engineering Academic Center. The ceremony was presided by the U.S. Military Academy’s 60th Superintendent Lt. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, Secretary of the Army Honorable Ryan D. McCarthy, 55th Chief of Engineers and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lt. Gen. Scott A. Spellmon, and Brig. Gen. Cindy Jebb, the Dean of the Academic Board.
