DeLapp, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander, leads Nashville Mayor Karl Dean on a tour of the work platform at Wolf Creek Dam Aug. 7, 2012 where construction is ongoing to install a barrier wall through the embankment deep into bedrock below the foundation.
