The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers extends comment period to October 18, 2017, for input on its existing regulations. Presidential Executive Order 13777, “Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda,” requires federal agencies to review all existing regulations; identify those that meet specific review criteria; and make recommendations regarding leaving regulations as they are, or recommending their repeal, replacement, or modification.
