Section 2036 of WRDA 2007 amended section 906(d) of WRDA 1986.  Among the requirements is an annual report to Congress to be submitted concurrently with the President’s budget request. The report consists of four parts:

1. A list of projects under construction defined as projects that received allocations of funds in the reported year.
2. All projects that are in construction or have completed construction but have not completed the required mitigation
3. The results of consultation for those projects in the monitoring phase that have not previously been determined to have successfully completed mitigation.
4. The Budget Press release which lists all the projects for which the President has requested funds.
