    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District completed the dewatering of the John H. Overton Lock and Dam Nov. 2 on the Red River, located in Alexandria, Louisiana, at river mile 40.8.

QARs are deploying from throughout the Army Corps of Engineers in support of the Baton Rouge severe storms and flooding. The QARs are responsible for Manufactured Home Unit site inspection reports and inspecting the MHUs before they are occupied.
