Corps sends team to Fort Irwin to assess monsoon damage
After a Monsoon struck the Fort Irwin and the National Training Center, a five-man team from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District deployed to the Southern California base to conduct initial damage assessments. Tony Wong, a structural engineer and Jose Rocha, a civil engineer, inspect Bridge 13, located on Outer Loop Road for damage and further use.
