Herat Provincial Governor Dr. Daud Saba thanks the U.S. Agency for International Development and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during a ceremony to open a new teacher training facility at Herat University March 26. USAID funded the $900K facility and the USACE Afghanistan Engineer District-South contracted for and oversaw the facility construction.
