    The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) recently selected the Mississippi Chapter as winner of the 2011-2012 Walter R. Graalman Award at the silver level.     The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District awarded a contract on Dec. 14 for repairs at the Synchrolift, or ship-lifting, facility at Ras El Tin Egyptian Naval Base in Alexandria, Egypt. The $9.6 million contract was awarded to AICI/Archirodon Joint Venture of Arlington, Va.
