    The release at Chatfield Dam will be increased today from 2,500 cubic feet per second to 3,000 cfs. Releases remain unchanged at Cherry Creek Dam at 100 cfs and at Bear Creek Dam at 500 cfs until next week. Following the release change at Chatfield Dam, the combined releases from the Tri-Lakes Dams will be 3,600 cfs.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 17, 2015) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued new guidance on floating cabins at its lakes throughout the Cumberland River Basin. The guidance implements Section 1035 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act (WRRDA) of 2014 that allows floating cabins at marinas on Cumberland River Basin lakes.

The inflow for Monday June 15, 2015 was approximately 5,650 day second feet (dsf). With additional rainfall in the forecast, downstream releases will be increased on Wednesday June 17, 2015 to reach a release rate of 5,000 cfs.
