  • Temporary Closure of Lake Road

    CARLYLE LAKE – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Carlyle Lake will be temporarily closing Lake Road in the Dam West Recreation Area from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, 26 April 2019. This closure is necessary for public safety during the 2019 Celebrate the Earth event. This annual event draws more than 3,500 students, teachers, and chaperones to the Dam West Day Use area. To ensure the safety of everyone participating, Lake Road will be temporarily closed.
