    The Allatoona Lake Project Management Office announced today that they will accept unwanted, live Christmas trees for recycling beginning Dec. 26, 2017 until Jan. 2, 2018 at seven drop-off sites around the lake. The seven drop-off locations include the Allatoona Operations Project Management Office, Victoria Day-Use Parking Area, Galt’s Day-Use Parking Area, Sweetwater Campground Overflow Parking Area, Payne Boat Ramp, Blockhouse 1 Fishing Jetty (behind Paw Paw’s Convenience Store) and Bethany Bridge Fishing Jetty Parking Area.
