Central Ave., Comanche, Texas 76442 to provide information and receive public input on the Draft Proctor Lake Master Plan, Shoreline Management Plan, and Environmental Assessments. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation at 4:00 p.m. followed by an open house for the public to view the proposed land use and shoreline maps, ask questions, and provide comments about the project. If you are unable to attend the in-person meeting, documents will be provided for comment at the website listed below.
