    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, will temporarily close the boat launch at Gull Lake, near Brainerd, Minnesota, to reconstruct the ramp, beginning Sept. 27. The ramp will be closed for about two weeks.

  • Small business office to host monthly matchmaking events

    ST. PAUL, Minn. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, will host a small business matchmaking event on the second Wednesday of every month. Matchmaking sessions will be scheduled on the half hour from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST. To schedule a time slot, send a request and capabilities statement to sbo-mvp@usace.army.mil by the close of business on the Friday before the requested date.

Kimbel award. The award recognizes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers attorney who demonstrates the highest professional potential for future legal achievement.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District is informing the public that due to recent and anticipated rainfall from Hurricane Ida, water levels along the Cheat, Monongahela, Ohio and Youghiogheny rivers will be higher than normal and are expected to remain so throughout Labor Day weekend.
