Army Corps of Engineers waives fees and invites volunteers to participate in National Public Lands Day, Sept. 24

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced today that it will waive day-use fees typically charged at boat launch ramps and swimming beaches at its recreation areas nationwide in recognition of National Public Lands Day (NPLD) on Saturday, Sept. 24.

Stonewall Jackson Lake seeks public input on master plan updates

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District is seeking public feedback regarding proposed changes to the Stonewall Jackson Lake Master Plan based on public input collected in October 2019. The master plan update will affect the future management and use of natural resources and recreational activities at the lake for the next 25 years.

Corps to Open Select Facilities at Recreation Sites
