Remediation, Environmental Services industry day set

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville has an industry day set from 1— 4 p.m., Jan. 15, for International Remediation & Environmental Services. Huntsville Center’s intent is to solicit and award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in support of the IRES program services. 

The Center anticipates awarding a contract for a three year base ordering period, and a two-year optional ordering period. The anticipated program capacity is approximately $750 Million.  Huntsville Center provides support and services which may include investigations, removal actions and/or remedial actions to address explosives safety, human health, or environmental risks or hazards presented by munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), chemical weapons materiel (CWM), and biological warfare materiel (BWM), primarily associated with military actions and training.

Interested parties and representative may attend the industry day in person or virtually via teleconference or the Center’s Facebook page at www.facebook/HuntsvilleCenter. Information on logging in to the teleconference will be made available prior to the event.

The event will occur at the Center’s headquarters at 475 Quality Circle Drive NW, Huntsville Ala., 35806. Individuals interested in attending the event in person must register by Dec.16.
