Army Corps and contractor to begin repairing Barnegat Inlet Jetty

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Philadelphia District awarded a contract to repair the north jetty at Barnegat Inlet, which protects the southern tip of state-owned Island Beach State Park. The work is part of a larger effort to repair USACE projects damaged by Hurricane Sandy.

Great Bridge Lock to close temporarily to replace lock gates

Corps to increase flows from Lake Okeechobee to Caloosahatchee

14-006 Bennington Lake road access temporarily closed for safety

WALLA WALLA, Wash. – Icy conditions on Reservoir Road leading to Bennington Lake have prompted U.S. Army Corps of Engineers park rangers to temporarily close access to the lake parking area, operations officials at Mill Creek Dam and Bennington Lake announced, today.

ASHDOWN, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers, Millwood Project Office announces that campsites at White Cliffs Park on Millwood Lake will be reservable beginning Feb. 12. Campers can reserve a site online at www.recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777. Visitors can make reservations at the park beginning March 1.
