18-066 Dworshak Dam to start testing generator unit 3 on Wednesday June 27; testing may continue through weekend

AHSAHKA, Idaho – Water discharges from Dworshak Dam near Orofino, Idaho, will temporarily fluctuate today, June 27, and likely through the weekend, as contractors conduct a series of tests on hydroelectric generator unit number 3, in preparation to return the unit to service.

Rogue River Regional Master Plan and Integrated Environmental Assessment - 60% Draft

The master plan is for the Corps’ Rogue River Projects, which consists of Lost Creek Lake, Applegate Dam, and the Elk Creek Project.

Corps urges boaters to use caution in Kissimmee River Restoration Project area

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District is advising boaters to use extreme caution when navigating in the Kissimmee River Restoration Project Area near the C-38 Canal to the east of Hidden Acres Estates. Draft depths are extremely shallow in the area causing it to be non-navigable by most vessels.
