    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers initiates alternative permitting procedures in wake of Hurricane Sally

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District will initiate alternative permitting procedures throughout affected areas in the State of Florida in response to conditions resulting from Hurricane Sally.
