Hurricane Ida Response
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District’s Ryan Kelly, Contract Specialist, and Zach Henshall, Logistics Specialist, who are both part of the USACE emergency power planning and response team, work out of the USACE Mobile District’s Emergency Command and Control Vehicle (ECCV) at the Hurricane Ida Staging Area, Camp Shelby, Mississippi, Aug. 31, 2021. Tulsa and Mobile District teammembers as well as the Charlie Company, 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power) were staged to provide temporary power support as assigned by FEMA for the Federal response.
