EP 1110-1-8 Construction Equipment Ownership and Operating Expense Schedule

Engineering Pamphlet (EP) 1110-1-8 establishes predetermined equipment ownership and operating expense rates for construction equipment. It also establishes a method to calculate equipment ownership and operating expense rates for construction equipment when the predetermined rates are not considered appropriate. The overall intent of this pamphlet is to determine equipment costs that are fair and reasonable.

EP 1110-1-8 applies to all USACE Commands. The complete text of the EP 1110-1-8 is available at the Official Publications of the Headquarters website. The accompanying tables, factors, indices, lists, etc., are located below. Some information is the same for all regions and is located under “Information Common to All Regions.” Some information is region-specific and is listed below by Regions 1 through 12. See the map to the right and the maps under each region below for information on which geographic areas make up each region.
