As a result of this update, the Nashville District is implementing operational changes at Center Hill.

(March 21, 2024) – The President’s Budget for fiscal year 2025 includes more than $7.2 billion in discretionary funding for the Civil Works program of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with just over $152 million set aside for Nashville District Operations and Maintenance projects.

Percy Priest Dam is closing 7 a.m. Monday, March 25 through Friday, April 5, 2024, while crews work to remove vegetation along the roadway to improve visibility and to enhance public safety.

    SOMERSET, Ky. (March 20, 2024) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District announces the release of the 2024 Lake Cumberland Shoreline Management Plan. This plan is a critical element to how the Corps manages more than 1,000 miles of shoreline created when Wolf Creek Dam impounded the waters of the Cumberland River, creating Lake Cumberland.

    HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 29, 2024) – Girl Scout Troop 296 joined other community volunteers and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers park rangers Saturday to spruce up and make minor improvements to the Environmental Study Area on the shoreline of Old Hickory Lake.
