Campgrounds and day-use areas at Thurmond and Hartwell lakes operated by the Corps of Engineers are closed until further notice. Boat ramps inside campgrounds and other boat ramps with gates are closed. Boat ramps without gates remain OPEN. Bank fishing remains OPEN.
