Colonel Damon A. Delarosa
Colonel Damon A. Delarosa was assigned to the position of the Chief of Staff of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Headquarters on July 1, 2024, after most recently serving as the 29th commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Alaska District. Commissioned as an Army Engineer Officer following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1998, Delarosa has served in a variety of command and staff positions at the platoon, company, battalion, and brigade levels, as well as joint positions, both at home and abroad. His last assignment was as commander of the Alaska District with responsibility for providing the full range of services to state of Alaska, as well as humanitarian assistance projects throughout Southeast Asia in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
