South Atlantic Division Regional Leadership Development Program participants walk the Bastion de San Fernando project site in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, to observe ongoing cliff stabilization efforts. As part of the SAD RLDP visit to the Caribbean District in late February 2026, participants explored how the Corps of Engineers and the National Park Service are protecting this historic landmark.
