Mr. Bradley K. Dreyer assumed duties as the Director of Resource Management and Chief Financial Officer, United States Army Corps of Engineers, on April 22, 2024. He advises the Chief of Engineers, Staff, and enterprise organizations on all matters related to planning, programming, and execution of both Civil Works and Defense appropriated and other funding sources to support missions.
Mr. Dreyer has extensive experience in Department of the Army and Department of Defense financial management policies, programs, processes, and systems as well as experience with broader government financial management. Mr. Dreyer served over 31 years as an officer in the United States Army followed by work in private industry as a consultant.
He has served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller), United States Army Installation Management Command, Third Army/United States Army Central, and in other assignments as a Finance and Comptroller Officer. His early military service included operational assignments as a Chemical Officer and later as an Aviation Officer.
Mr. Dreyer is a graduate of the United States Army War College and United States Army Command and General Staff College. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and holds master’s degrees from Syracuse University and the United States Army War College in Business Administration and Strategic Studies, respectively.
