The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District celebrated an America's Great Outdoors event to officially open Raystown Lake's Greenside Pathway, June 20.

    BALTIMORE – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is celebrating an America’s Great Outdoors event with a ceremony to officially open Raystown Lake’s Greenside Pathway, June 20. The keynote speaker for the formal presentation is Ms. Jo-Ellen Darcy, the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, scheduled for noon at the Raystown Lake Amphitheatre in the Seven Points Recreation Area. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place immediately following the formal presentation at the kiosk adjacent to the trail.
