Lloyd during a traditional military Change of Command ceremony Friday, July 29, at 11 a.m. at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum located at 4141 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Major General Donald E. (Ed) Jackson Jr., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations, will preside over the ceremony.

    Ka Young Shim, an architect in Engineering Division’s Design Branch, was recently selected as the Far East District’s “Emerging Leader.” The emerging leader program is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers initiative geared to develop employees’ leadership skills and future development.
