NR 20-019: Corps approves Lake Cumberland Marina expansion with finding of no significant impact

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 15, 2020) – The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District recently approved the Lake Cumberland Marina expansion after a National Environmental Protection Act review concluded with a “Finding of No Significant Impact” regarding an evaluation of effects to the human environment associated with the proposed expansion.

NR 20-007: Public comment sought on environmental assessment for proposed Lake Cumberland Marina expansion

Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is seeking public comment on a draft “environmental assessment” and “unsigned finding of no significant impact,” which evaluate effects to the human environment associated with a proposed expansion of Lake Cumberland Marina.
