Message to the Workforce,

Huntsville Center transitioned to maximum telework this week. This measure is consistent with U.S. Army and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers guidance and founded upon our highest priority of taking care of our workforce, ensuring safety/welfare, and preserving our ability to deliver our programs – we can’t support the nation when we are sick.

That said, we must continue to execute our missions. I ask you to remain flexible and to keep these points in mind...

1. Safety is first and foremost.

2. Be prepared to adjust as needed.

3. We have to continue to execute.

4. I will continue to update you all as the situation changes.

If you have flu like symptoms- talk to your healthcare provider for advice on testing, etc... We recommend self-isolation regardless. If you have been in DIRECT contact with someone who has a confirmed test positive, watch for symptoms and I recommend self-isolation. If you have questions or concerns, USACE HQ has created a Coronavirus Information link to help keep the most current information available quickly. We will also be sharing via social media links, resources and information to help keep you up to date during telework.

Stay safe, continue mission, practice healthy techniques like social distancing and hand washing, and keep an eye on yourself for any symptoms.

Stay safe and healthy and wash those hands (20 seconds with soap and warm water)!!!

Be safe, be flexible and continue the great work.  Thanks for all you do!
