At a groundbreaking ceremony for the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory’s new Climatic Chamber Building, CRREL Director Dr. Joseph Corriveau reads letters sent by New Hampshire Rep. Ann Kuster, and U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, who could not attend the event but sent their congratulations to the lab for the new facility, in Hanover, New Hampshire, Oct. 16, 2020.
