Maj. Gen. Merdith W.B. (Bo) Temple, former USACE deputy commanding general, was honored for his service to USACE and the nation during a retirement ceremony at headquarters on June 11. Army Vice Chief of Staff Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III hosted the ceremony.
