LOGAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan Engineer District-North's recently completed and transferred its $7.4 million provincial police headquarters project to Afghanistan National Police in Pul-e 'Alam, Logar Province.
