WASHINGTON, D.C. — Gopa Nair, a father of two little girls and computer scientist from Centreville, Va., takes the Synthetic Automotive Virtual Environment or SAVE for a spin at the 2012 USA Science and Engineering Expo here, April 29. SAVE was developed by researchers at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory.
