LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Officials from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District and Los Angeles County broke ground on a patch of dirt adjacent to this stretch of Tujunga Wash Feb. 22 for a project designed to restore degraded habitat in the San Fernando Valley.
