WIESBADEN, Germany — Members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District project delivery team, including, Daniella Yi, Ryan Moore and George VanCook pause during the Richtfest, or "topping off" ceremony, to celebrate the completion of the exterior structure of the mission command center. The Richtfest celebrated an important construction milestone and provided a forum to recognize all the partners involved in the construction of the MCC.
