LAKE OKEECHOBEE, Fla. — Damon Wolfe (lower right), geodesist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District, leads pre-operation checks on the NOVA Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in advance of a flight here, Nov. 29, 2011, with help from Victor Wilhelm, Brandon Evers, and Mike Hensch.
