"Bo" Temple, acting chief of engineers and acting commanding general of USACE, discusses debris removal operations with Louis Audi, a quality assurance representative, during a visit here July 19. Since June 2, Corps employees have supervised the removal of more than 1.2 million cubic yards of tornado debris from Joplin streets and private properties.
