WASHINGTON, D.C. — Maj. Gen. Merdith “Bo” Temple, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers deputy commander, talks with parents at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers exhibit at the first USA Science and Engineering Festival Expo on the National Mall. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees from offices in the Washington, D.C., area and the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) laboratories participated in the Expo on Oct. 23 - 24, 2010 to help inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers who will be needed to support the Corps’ mission.
