Members of the St. Louis District Flood Fight team are providing technical assistance to the Missouri Department of Transportation by continuing to fortify the line of protection along Highway 367 between the flooded area and West Alton, Mo. Following a levee overtopping at Kuhs and a breach in the Consolidated North County levee, flood water inundated the basin at the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
