U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors place substrate in Harris Creek in May 2012. Harris Creek, which borders the east side of Tilghman Island near the mouth of the Choptank River in Maryland, received 22 acres of substrate last year, with an additional 34 acres being placed this spring.
