The district's real estate office is overseeing a 180-acre transfer of land in exchange for an estimated $66 million in modern facilities for Camp Parks over the next several years. Wallin and other representatives from the district attended a groundbreaking ceremony commemorating the first of six phases of construction, which is the largest Army Reserve real property exchange agreement in Department of Defense history.
