Lessons Learned

Communication is one of the most important goals for the USACE Headquarters’ Safety Office to notify field operations and contractors any Safety and Occupational Health lessons learned, concerns, investigations, and best practices.  Please utilize the lesson learned document to help increase safety awareness and promote work efficiency from successful and/or failed work activities.  Disseminate the lesson learned to your fellow employees and project management teams.  We will continue to work diligently to provide additional Lessons Learned to everyone.
