Folsom Lake Crossing to partially close for construction activities until July

One westbound lane of Folsom Lake Crossing will be closed to vehicle traffic weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.beginning April 17 to July 1 to repair a drainage canal near the bridge.

Corps defers shoreline activity requests

Mountain Home, Ark. -- As a result of budget constraints the Army Corps of Engineers Mountain Home Project Office will defer all new requests for shoreline use from May 1, until Oct. 1. Written requests or applications will not be accepted during the deferral period.

Corps upgrades maintenance ratings for 7 Stockton-area levee systems

Seven Stockton-area levee systems previously rated unacceptable in levee inspections by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have regained eligibility for federal rehabilitation assistance after San Joaquin County made repairs that improved their maintenance ratings.
