    HERMITAGE, Mo.— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Pomme de Terre Lake will host a Shoreline Management Plan scoping meeting Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Pomme de Terre Project Office. The Shoreline Management Plan for Pomme de Terre Lake establishes policy and furnished guidelines for the protection and preservation of the desirable environmental characteristics of the shoreline while maintaining a balance between public and private shoreline use.

(Aug. 11, 2014) — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District announced today that the 2014 Old Hickory Lake Shoreline Management Plan is finalized and available to the public online at http://www.lrn.usace.army.mil/Locations/Lakes/OldHickoryLake. Hard copies can also be picked up at the Old Hickory Lake Resource Manager’s Office located at No. 5 Power Plant Road.

    HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (Jan. 13, 2014) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District at Old Hickory Lake is holding two Shoreline Management Plan Update public workshops this week. The first is Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Gallatin High School in Gallatin, Tenn. The second is Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mt. Juliet High School in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.
  • Corps defers shoreline activity requests

    Mountain Home, Ark. -- As a result of budget constraints the Army Corps of Engineers Mountain Home Project Office will defer all new requests for shoreline use from May 1, until Oct. 1. Written requests or applications will not be accepted during the deferral period.
