    ROCK ISLAND, Illinois – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, and Illinois Department of Natural Resources is hosting a public open house, November 14, to discuss plans for ecosystem restoration in the lower portion of Mississippi River Pool 13.
