    ST. PAUL, Minn. –The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, increased the outflow from its Lac Qui Parle Dam, located on the Minnesota River in west-central Minnesota, from 550 cubic feet per second, or cfs, to 2,500 cfs, Aug. 17.

Depending on additional rainfall, releases from the dam are expected to remain at this level into the first week of July.
