    Dr. Reed L. Mosher, Director of the Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, Miss., has selected Edward L. Huell, Jr. as the new chief of the Tri-Service Computer-Aided Design/Building Information Modeling (CAD/BIM) Technology Center, a part of the ITL Software Engineering and Informatics Division.
