Wehr accepted the Division guidon from the Deputy Commander of the Corps of Engineers, Maj. Gen. Merdith “Bo” Temple, during the symbolic passing of the colors with Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey Koontz and outgoing Division Commander Col. William Leady.
